1. Am I eligible?

2. Does the original board program still exist?
Yes, if you currently have benefits through the board and are not eligible for the new benefit program you are able to continue with no changes.
3. What happens during a non-LTO period
Coverage is only during eligible periods, OTIP is working with ETFO to develop a way for members to pay into benefits to ensure continuous coverage.
4. Will I have to prove insurability when I become eligible or get another LTO?
No, each time that a member enters into an eligible LTO they will be able to enter the benefit plan and will not need to prove insurability.
5. What are the costs?
Premiums are covered on a pro-rated basis. 1.0 FTE = 100% coverage. Full costings of partial premium coverage is provided upon registration. The program is voluntary if you are less then 1.0 FTE.
