Teacher locals from all affiliates in Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph rallied at Liz Sandals’ office today, June 16 from 4 to 5:30 pm to protest the minister’s inaction on teacher collective bargaining issues.
Minister Sandals has allowed the school boards associations to run negotiations off the rails. It’s time she stood up and got involved to ensure good faith bargaining on the part of the government and to get those OPSBA strips off the table!
Waterloo and Upper Grand ETFO, OSSTF, OECTA teachers met at 173 Woolwich Street in Guelph at 4 pm.
