Collective Bargaining Survey

1) Please take 5 minutes to fill out our collective bargaining survey. Our collective agreement expires this summer and we use the survey to find out your needs and what is important to you!

Your Collective Bargaining Committee is asking for your input regarding items that you may see as being important issues for collective bargaining this year. As you know, our current Collective Agreement expires on August 31. We are putting together a preliminary submission at this time. Some of it will be very similar to what we had prepared for the last round of negotiations, as we did not get to discuss many of the items we thought were important.

 Below is a link to a member survey. Please take a few minutes to consider it. Partially completed surveys are also valuable to us. Written comments are optional. We want to maximize the number of surveys we receive. We have set a short turn around in the hope that members will not let this fall off the screen and be forgotten! It should not take long to complete. Please submit ASAP!

 We also want to provide an opportunity for members to come and speak with the CB Committee if they have an issue they wish to address in person. We are planning to schedule 10 minute sessions on Wednesday, June 18th, and Monday, June 23rd beginning at 4:15 p.m. Please send an email to jcutts@etfowatots.ca if you would like to speak with members of the committee.
