WRDSB ITService Desk

IT Services will be implementing a new Help Desk ticket system on May 12th to replace their current system. It will be called, “ITService Desk”. This new system will be friendlier to use and will include some new features such as; the ability to log tickets outside of board sites (ex. from home), FAQ’s  and knowledge articles.

After May 12, ITS staff will continue to work on any open tickets that remain in the current system, even though you will not be able to access them.

Everyone should continue to use ITService Desk as per current standard operating procedures:

  • – This ticket system is for use by Board staff only.
  • – Please log tickets as your first course of action, before calling the Help Desk.
  • – Follow your usual school procedures (e.g. if you are to report IT issues to an In School Tech or a Computer Contact, then please continue to do so).

ITService Desk will be unavailable during maintenance windows on Fridays.
