The Waterloo Region District School Board values the health and well-being of employees and strives to promote a healthy work environment.  The Resilience Employee and Family Assistance Program is an integral part of the Board’s commitment to help employees balance their work and personal lives. Resilience provides employees with confidential access to a variety of services.

The Resilience Employee and Family Assistance Plan (EAP)
